Poobah Says
A little wisdom is on its way. The first confirmed morning broadcast will appear here.
An independent MeshCore radio station based in Newbury, Berkshire. We listen to the mesh, answer genuine radio test messages and share a little daily wisdom with anyone who happens to be listening.
Run by a real radio enthusiast. The server handles the clever bits; Poobah takes the credit.

MeshCore uses small LoRa radios to pass messages across a network of nearby nodes and repeaters. Poobah's Mesh operates a computer-connected companion radio in Newbury, offering public reception tests and the occasional bit of morning wisdom.
Signal reports describe what Poobah actually received. A hop path contains short relay identifiers; the SNR and RSSI refer to the last radio link into our receiver, not every relay along the way.
A word on privacy: this site publishes aggregate reception statistics and selected technical metadata, not the text of other people's conversations or precise personal locations. A successful transmit acknowledgement isn't proof that the other person received the reply.
